Experiment:

Experiments with water atomized iron powder (< 147um) light nickel powder (< 3.3um), copper (< 74um), key powder (< 7um) and graphite powder (< 25um) as raw materials.In accordance with the composition of ingredients Fe-4Ni-2Cu-0.6Mo-0.6C low alloy steel, the use of Changsha Lang Feng Metal Materials Co., planetary ball mill dry mix 2h, speed of 120r / min, and then pressed under 600 MPa pressure forming. Respectively microwave sintering and conventional sintering process on two kinds of sintered compacts. Using Changsha Langfeng Metallic Material Co.,Ltd. microwave ovens with frequency 2.45 GHz, power of 5.5 kW. According to preliminary results, to determine the sintering temperature of 1300 ℃, sintering atmosphere gaseous mixture of nitrogen and hydrogen, using an infrared thermometer (Model: Raytek MM2MH) temperature. Conventional high-temperature sintering furnace Hz molybdenum wire sintering, sintering temperature is 1300 ℃, furnace cooling.
